girl reading book

Did you know that only TWO of the top 50 marketing books on Amazon US are written by women? Or that Amazon doesn’t even have the option to search for authors by gender? And the majority of marketing book lists for women rarely include one book written by a woman on them?

I didn’t know any of these things until doing a writing assignment for a client earlier this year. I was compiling an extensive list of the top marketing books on Google and noticed how hard it was to find ones written by women and then that Amazon didn’t even include the option to search by gender.

So, I set out to change things because women think and do things differently when it comes to…well just about everything compared to men. As a result, learning all your marketing, sales, and business skills from mostly men can slow your climb to success. Because you’re not learning how to play to your strengthens and ways of thinking.

And because women do think differently, I didn’t just stick to marketing books written by women. I also included sales, business, leadership, and mindset books, because as Claudia Anita points out, ‘women have wider perspectives.’

So, here are 75 outstanding sales, marketing, and business books written by women.

And yes, these links are affiliate links because it’s all about creating multi-streams of income, including passive ones!
